1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer
• PayNow (UEN: 202529690M)

2. Payment Confirmation

Access will be granted upon successful payment confirmation.
For bank transfers, please email proof of payment to:

3. Late or Failed Payments

• Access may be suspended for overdue payments.
• Subscription access will resume once full payment is received.
• Reactivation fee of $25 if reactivated within 1 month.
• Reactivation fee of $300 if reactivated between 2–3 months.
• Renewal will resume from the last active subscription date.
• If subscription has expired for more than 3 months, re-subscription will require a new contract or agreement, and a setup fee will apply.

4. Currency

All fees are charged in SGD.
